We are pleased to offer this innovative solution to our plan sponsors and healthcare providers. eClaims is a free, direct billing service, allowing healthcare professionals to submit electronic claims quickly and easily on behalf of patients. Participating providers and plan members can expect a best-in-class digital claims management experience with improved convenience, security, and efficiency. Healthcare professionals are able to bill patients directly or manage their claims submission through the TELUS Health eClaims service. Patients will enjoy the convenience of paying only the portion of a claim not covered by their insurance when they receive the service, eliminating paperwork and reimbursement delays.

The TELUS eClaims service is available to a wide variety of health practitioners including: physiotherapists, chiropractors, vision-care specialists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, naturopathic doctors, psychologists, and podiatrists regulated by the appropriate provincial or federal organizations. TELUS has over 80,000 healthcare professionals registered for eClaims.

Providers previously registered through the MDM Provider Portal will continue to be able to login with their existing credentials to view claim history, however all claims must now be submitted through the TELUS Health eClaims service.
