MDM issues payment by direct deposit on a bi-weekly (every 2nd Tuesday) basis. For your convenience choose the appropriate link below to view our Pharmacy Payment Schedule. This will help you determine which claims are included in your payment.
If your direct deposit banking information changes, login to the secure area and update it or fax our office at 519-836-4909. Be sure to include a VOID cheque and include the complete name of your pharmacy, your MDM Provider Number and the effective date of the change.
